Meat CSA

Field Sparrow Farms is pleased to introduce our winter meat CSA for 2012.  

CSA stands for community-supported agriculture, in which the customer purchases an advance share in the farmer’s product. The CSA model allows us to plan our production in order to provide you with a predictable supply of excellent meat.

We are pleased to announce that our four-month winter CSA will run from January to April. In addition to Field Sparrow Farms' excellent grass-fed beef, we will bring you a variety of meats sourced from the local Amish community and other neighbours and raised to our high standards: no GMOs, no antibiotics, and no growth hormones. You have the option of a 10 or 20 lb. monthly share, which will include grass-fed beef, pork, and lamb with a mix of regular and premium cuts. If you prefer to exclude one of these meats from your share, there will be an additional one-time fee of $25.

Monthly pick-ups of your share will be available at the following locations: AppleTree Market and Sorauren Farmers' Market.
